NostalGear's mobile messaging service (SMS/text) («the Service») is operated by NostalGear (“we”, “us”, "our"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms. We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
By consenting to NostalGear's SMS service, you agree to receive recurring messages (SMS/text) from us through your mobile carrier to the number you provided. These messages may be sent using an automated dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include order updates, alerts, or notifications. Promotional messages may include special offers, discounts, new arrivals, cart reminders, or browsing reminders.
